Good coffee with real cream for breakfast.

The room was clean, the beds were clean and comfortable.

Reasonably priced, a 13-minute walk from Amtrak/VIA/GO. It's a bit of a trek to the Falls but I'm used to walking and did a six-hour tour on foot. You can catch a bus from the Aero Car lot just north of the motel. September is a good time to stay as the motel is almost empty and quiet, although you might find a dip in the pool a bit cold. I woke to the sound of the rapids down in the gorge. My room had no fridge, but the ice machine works great!

we couldn’t get early check in. the jacuzzi tub knobs was improperly working. only one pack of caffeinated coffee (one serving). little bugs almost like fruit flies or sewer flies flying around and laying on towels and drinks etc.

Location was close to the falls. The room had a king size bed as requested. Not sure about the accessibility options.

I had specifically requested an accessible room on the main floor but was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. The guest was moved to the main floor after he was checked in. The guest has mobility issues. I would like a rebate on my payment.
