Room was nice.

The restaurant was so bad we had to send the meal back French fries were rock hard the chickhen fingers tasted of and the coleslaw looked like it been out in the open for sometime. Only 1 elevator was working and after our experience at the restaurant we headed back to our room and the second elevator was not working and I had to walk up 6 floors of stairs at 81 years old it was very difficult

1.)Swimming pool not working reason why we stayed there for kids to swim ..2.)grandkids got bitten by bedbugs 3.) Elevators broke down, had to lift our shopping bags going the stairway upto 5th floor ..4.) coffee machine was not working 5.) no microwave in the room 6.) disgusting rooms not cleaned properly 7.) drunks in the front doors

The room was clean and organized. The location was great.

My kids slept on the sofa bed and was so uncomfortable.The pool was out of service. Lightings were dark. The hotel is old and needs to be upgraded.

No breakfast available when we had to check out. Breakfast startet at 6:30

The room was a disaster! The bed covering was tattered and had threads sticking out. The overall appearance of the room was cheap and in repair. We immediately checked out of the hotel. The carpet in the lobby was worn out and dirty. Best Western Airport needs to better for its customers.
