there was a bed bug in my bed and I had to find another hotel to stay at

The lobby decor and the breakfast.

The noise level on the second floor. The bathroom was too small and door was very squeaky.

Breakfast was great, the kitchen staff are amazing. The room was perfect and very quiet. Bed and pillows met my satisfaction.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean. The breakfast was nice.

Wifi signal was weak inside our rooms. The rooms do not have smart TVs.

Close to main highway and comfort of the room.

1) No "hot breakfast on weekends until 8am....really!!!???? Never heard of this practice before... Unexpected surprises should not occur when you have the name Marriot backing you up or at least a sign /notification so your customers are not unexpectedly surprised... 2) On check-in, asked if we could use my CAA card. Staff member "managing" the desk did not know how and asked me to follow up in the morning with the next staff member. We followed up in the am with the next staff member and this time we were informed "CAA should have been done at time of booking?" Really??? Two different staff members from your location each had a different response. Unsatisfactory service and lacking clarity / protocol.

I was very pleased they accommodated my early check-in with a smile

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was good. But I’m not a breakfast guy anyway. Yes the beds were awesome. I even checked the make of mattress. Rooms were comfy. Sorry they didn’t tidy up the room.

Prices were high but this high season

no elevator if u have a bad leg have to go up steps
