Windows need dark out curtains. Parking lot light enters the room even with curtains closed. Food needs to be made with love. No flavor means no love. TV needs to be larger

I felt the location was poor. It was complex to drive anywhere because of the traffic and the complexity of the highways. The room was not very clean. carpets in room and hallways need replacing or a good cleaning.

The warm welcome upon arrival. The check-in area smelled nice and was clean, inviting. The receptionist who checked me in was kind and courteous. My room was cozy and clean.

This place was comfortable and convenient to stores around the area. The front desk clerk was so amazing her name is Kara Smith she was very nice and professional please give her a raise.

I wasn't a big fan of the bathroom door not locking unless I did not know how to use it.

when my husband approached the front desk with our issue, they were very apologetic and put us in another room with no hesitation. they were very friendly.
we were put in a room (king with sofa bed) when my husband was setting up the sofa bed, he saw nothing but dead bugs and uncleaned sheets.
