Nothing it was dirty and smeally
Location and people have no customer service and I was put a credit card hold for $200.
It was a crappy hotel and smelled really bad

1. No drinking water anywhere near the room. All they say is tap water.
2. Expensive vending machine
3. Pillows are very old age and not in proper shape. All the fur inside is clogged. Had neck pain

After a five hour road trip we were told to pay an extra $50 plus tax for arriving two hours early even though the hotel was almost empty
We came back at three pm to find a long line-up to check in

They provided very functional items, I really liked the mobile table for eating on the bed as well as the Microwave and refrigerator
Provision of drinking water and a shower curtain would be a nice addition

Breakfast was not good at all. Other than the breakfast everything was fantastic. In a word, it's value for money. If they focus on breakfast a bit more, I am sure more people will visit this hotel very often.
Breakfast. less items. No eggs at all. Last day, I ate just a piece of bread. Hopefully management will focus on this particular side to attract more guests.

The front desk staff was AMAZING. The rooms were decent.
There wasn't a lot of Plugs in the room, maybe 2 available, which made it difficult but besides that, good value for money.

The building needs improvement, eg, lighting, cleaning, dirty carpet need remove

Staff was easy to deal with and polite.
I had random people knocking on my room door and waking up my kids. Lots of young patrons making noise in the hall. There was also some sort of screaming match at 7am in the room next to mine. It was mediocre at best and the people staying there made it undesirable.

Room was big, beds comfortable and the room was clean. Location was great, 8 minutes to downtown area and 12 minutes to the arenas we were going to. Breakfast had good variety.
The bathroom was small and the room was dated. Our carpet was fine but the flooring in the second room booked was tiled and in need of replacement.

*clean: The room wasn't as clean as last time before. Don't have extra toilet paper ( two days and just half of one).
*room: it had a damaged sofa and just an office chair.

We asked for the Non-Smoking area.... but we were not accommodated in it.
