I liked that I was able to adjust the temperature of the room to make it as warm as I like.

They charge you and extra $100 hold on your credit card that takes 5 to 6 business days to fall off. I DO NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL. The bathroom remained cold no matter the temperature of the room. There were sex fluid stains on the couch. The room smelled of smoke even though it was non-smoking. Basically, this room should not go for more than $60 per night before taxes.

Poorly kept grounds. Unclean hallways. Smell of smoke.

Staff did not have room ready, spent a whole 10 minutes cleaning it. Garbage and cigarette butts on the ground outside the door. Toilet had a 2 x 4 holding it in place. Tub filled when showering. Stains on couch. Left with flea bites.

it was very clean and most staff was good

it was a non smoking but they allowed people to smoke weed in hotel was not happy about that and did complain and nothing was done

Entrance to my room horrible,not safe for a more vulnerable person at night. TV didn’t work Bathtub surface dangerously slippery when showering

The sheets and towels were exceptionally white. The mattresses very good. Air-conditioner worked perfectly.

The lock did not work. We asked for 2 keys: one worked, another did not turn at all.

I requested a much later check in.

Bathroom could use a bit of maintenance.

Bathroom was gross mold all around the tub heater didnt work there was dog hair or something all over the bedspread. No coffee maker in roo. TV didnt work have the time. Not worth 230 for 2 nights

Went to a hockey game so very convenient location. The room was neat, stuff was great.
