Inside was interesting
Musky, the lady at the front desk was absolutely awful and screaming at me because she thought i didn’t have two rooms because I booked third party. Tried not giving me my other room.

Hotel overbooked and didn’t have the room type we reserved at check in. We squeezed into a much smaller room and had to change rooms for the second night.

Breakfast was fine, the room was great. Durand or Durant the man that checked us is was so sweet and efficient.

Good breakfast and staff was extremely nice! The staff made our stay! Even with change in shift, every single staff member was incredibly professional and nice!

The employees allowing over 10 children to terrorize the guests. Playing in elevators. Running ppl over in hallways. Being extremely loud most of the night. The only employee who even tried to stop the running was a lady handling the breakfast.

Great location, good price-the staff was very friendly for the most part. The team member at check out and the gentlemen on the property at night on Saturday were the most cheerful and helpful!!
We had lots of space and wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the hotel!!
I must admit communication was not as I expected. I left two messages on the Booking site with an early check in request but there was never a response from the property. I called directly to the hotel and was told to call back the day before to check. I explained that I would be traveling from VA and attending my daughter's baby shower that was to be begin at 3/4 that afternoon. I needed a early checkin to shower and dress for the event.
Arriving on Sunday after 1pm and asked for a early check-in, the desk attendant told me it would be $25 additional dollars, at this point, I had no choice. Less than 1.5 hours and you charge me, very disappointing. While I loved the amenities of this property, for this reason alone, I am not sure if I will stay here. My daughter is due in the next month and we will be in Philadelphia quite frequently.
The property is a little dated and could use some TLC.

I love that the Hotel was very nice and Clean .I love the fact that my room was beautiful and comfortable. I love the hot Breakfast and the variety that is offered.
I didn't like the fact that it was kids all over the place not being supervised by a parent! Couldn't get in pool it was 50 kids in there half of them ran in and out by their self .

My children couldn’t get in the pool one of the reasons I picked this one as well as I called. The staff couldn’t manage the pool area because size it was always to many people my children couldn’t get it . Plenty of things broken in the room that I notified and no one came to check it out. Never again becaus they will charge for damage fees

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about local restaurants with the best cheese steaks. Room service was excellent and breakfast was delicious.

The included breakfast was exceptional with fresh cut fruit and made-to-order omlette bar. Cheese, fruit, hummus and fresh pita chips were also offered for free by the bar in the evening along with 2 free drinks. Beds were really comfy and wifi is free.

Tried to call the hotel 4 times for the airport shuttle..Phone just kept ringing. Finally had to take a cab to the hotel which cost me $14.00. I mentioned the problem to the front desk associates when I checked in...they didn't care.

The staff was short and rude. The pool was not operating. I didnt have clean linen the whole weekend.

This place is really run down. The pool has been closed for months and months. Understaffed. They will NOT answer your phone calls to order room service, they literally just take them off the hook during lunch and dinner hours. The rooms have literally no outlets at all. Bathroom door was broken, shower door was broken. Bedroom lock was broken. Save your money, just don’t come.

This location is close to the airport and has a shuttle, that’s the main reason we chose it.
The property is dated with old, abused furniture and so many layers of paint on the doors they struggle to close. The tub was rusted, toilet filthy on the exterior so I assume not clean on the interior either. There was the cover to someone’s disposable razor lying in the corner of the tub so I could assume it wasn’t cleaned either.

Convenient location to most things in downtown Philly.
A little pricey for what felt like a slightly outdated hotel. No hair dryer in room and bathroom clearly had water damage. Toilet paper was not replaced prior to our check in. And no other rolls were in bathroom. Had to go to front desk for more on a 1 night stay.
