The rooms were nice and were clean.

The price is a little on the higher side and the breakfast provided very limited options.

I tried to modify my reservation through Booking.com prior to the no cancelation window, and the hotel never got it (I was only going to need it for 1 night vice 3). I was charged the full amount of my stay prior to arriving at the hotel. When I called the hotel, the desk clerk was unable to modify the reservation without a manager, and no manager was there at the time. This clerk suggested that I check in despite not arriving for another few days so I could keep the room from being booked on the one day I needed it. When I arrived at the hotel, the clerk had a check-in form that said I was only going to be charged for one day. When I asked for a receipt so I could get money back from Booking.com, the clerk said he could not give me one because I only get receipts from Booking.com. When I asked how can I prove that I should only be charged for one night, I was told they needed to check with a manager, and that manager could maybe make a copy of the form I signed, but they couldn't give that to me or email me a pdf without the manager's ok. Then when I called about the documentation, the clerk said I checked in for the whole 3 day trip, the document I signed said that, and they can't provide that document to me. I was never able to speak to a manager about my issue because no matter the time of day, there was not a manager available. I feel completely cheated by this hotel and Booking.com.

Everything was according to my expectations. New bathroom, clean and tidy.

The curtain in the window was ripped and it was hanging, showing an unpleasant view of the room.

Location was excellent and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very quiet.

It was clean,comfortable and there was everything you need in close proximity.

I did not get the confirmed accommodations upon check in,but because it was thru Booking.com and the info was wrong(although I had confirmation of room details on my phone)they charged us additional $50 for the accommodations originally booked.I did not think that was right especially since I had confirmation of the originally booked room detail.Secondly,oldest son said coffee tasted like brown water.Dunkin and SB was close by.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Mattresses had enclosed covers on them. Towels were bright white. Coffee maker in room.

Inner curtain on the window curtain was SHREDDED !!! Yes, shredded. Rm 113. No powder or non dairy creamer for the coffee so although there was a coffee maker we couldn't enjoy coffee. There was water in the ice bucket and we did NOT use the ice bucket. The doors for the closet were swinging and not engaged in the track on the floor. Shower enclosure looked like it needed to be scrubbed along where it meets the tub. Very dirty looking. Breakfast was included however I went at 9:15a and got the last drop of regular coffee and had to add decaf. There was no fruit or yogurts only carbs to choose from so could not take part in the breakfast.
