That we could park free for the duration of our cruise! The breakfast buffet was the best I've seen. The Italian restaurant!

On arrival I was asked to pay with a credit card I had booked the eoom with.. They refused to accept cash and I insisted. The Receptionist had to go behind reception to speak to the manager who then approved it without coming to the desk to speak to me. I was then asked to deposit a further $200 cash for 'incidental and accidents' as if they were expecting me to throw the TV out of the window. I told them that I was a 60 something man, not a reckless teenager. The staff did not make pleasant eye contact and avoided talking. I was treated with suspicion. I will never go there again!

Breakfast was very good, had a variety of items and area was clean Bedding was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very hospitable. The lobby decor was beautiful with a western theme and the breakfast area was decorated with beautiful carousel horses

Room had very little storage and my shower shower had black mold in certain spots My room backed up to the highway so it was noisy Also there was no safe in the room

Chambre très propre et bien insonorisé. Parking gratuit sur place et petit-déjeuné d'inclus. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel lors de votre visite à New-York. Le meilleur moyen pour se rendre à Manhattan est le Ferry (gratuit) situé à environ 20 minutes en voiture de l'hôtel. Un Parking Public est situé a proximité.

Rien en particulier!

Our room on the ground floor was quite spacious and comfortable, larger than the usual hotel room. The hotel was easily accessible from the highway and for us a good location for visiting family on Staten Island. Lorenzo's restaurant, in the next door sister hotel, was excellent.

There was a bit of outside traffic noise, since we were on the side of the hotel next to the highway, but it really wasn't that bad at all.

Location is excellent and best hotel on Staten Island compared to other reviews of roaches and uncleaned facilities $220 a night here was well worth the room !

The price but very understandable for all the options the room had and a beautiful bathroom

Located right next to the highway. Hot breakfast every morning with "kosher" options. Hot tea and coffee available all day. Large rooms and bathroom.

At this time nothing comes to mind of what I didn't like. Maybe add some soy or almond milk options for breakfast and I forgot to take pictures...it was cold

Cleanness. Last time was hair in the shower. This time chewing gum (used) in the sink. You have to pay more attention to the details when cleaning

Breakfast was great, bathrooms were stocked with towels and other things.

Breakfast was excellent. Fantastic waffles, hot breakfast & great coffee. Plenty of choice in the buffet breakfast. Staff were very competent & friendly. It was my 2nd stay in the hotel and we loved staying there. We will be back!! Thank you so much.

staff was responsive and ample, place was clean, price was reasonable

breakfast- no fresh fruit (not even a banana!), no non-kid, sugary dry cereal. Get some raisin bran at least! No non -dairy milk (almond,soy oat).
