Very dirty, cockroaches. Seemed to be located in a rough area, I was moving across Canada and was worried if my truck filled with my belongings would be safe overnight. Suggest name change to Roachman Inn

refused to provide business invoice as requested in booking. it was required as on official government travel.

Only bonus was they did not ask for a security deposit. I now know why after staying 1 night.

Room was extremely dirty. There was dried up urine on the toilet seat. The bedding did not look like it was changed in months as there was dirt, lipstick marks etc all over it. To top it off while I was using the bathroom early in the morning I saw a cockroach crawling out from the radiator. We left immediately after we saw that!

Helpful staff, great location with nearby amenities. Adequate facilities.

Could hear people talking in next room at night, even if it wasn’t especially loud.

Where do I start...? The place was being refurbished, and it sure needed to be! First of all, we got the key to our room, but as we entered, the room was full of wood panels and other work equipment. However, the workman was very apologetic and arranged with the owner for us to change rooms. The new room wasn't much better. Although it wasn't full of work equipment like the previous room, the stench as we entered was indescribable. The microwave was dirty: old and dried food splattered all over the inside. The inside of the fridge was filthy, and definitely hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. The shower curtain looked like it hadn't seen a cleaner in years. Was covered in slime and mould, and a previous guest had written "bed bugs live here" along the top of the curtain. Bed sheets had holes in. Carpets were sticky. Everything about this room was dirty. I didn't want to touch anything with my bare hands or feet. Plug sockets didn't work.

The room was disgusting but that's what you pay for. Definitely not being cleaned thoroughly. Lots of shady people stay here and loiter around at all hours of the night

The place was infested with bedbugs,and dirty. The staff was rude and belligerent.
