Clean comfortable room close to the airport. Shuttle picked me up and returned me to the airport. Also close to restaurants. Good air conditioning.

unfortunately the room smells like mold

There was built up mildew in the bathtub, no air in the hallways, vending machines that didn’t work, and their airport shuttle didn’t go to Sanford.

the 1st night I was there, they didn t clean the room the next day, they probably did the 2nd night I was there, but I don t know. I had already left.

I loved the breakfast.Staff in kitchen was nice to some but not all.Culture classes is needed.

Dirty towels should be removed every day.A four night stay should come with trash and towel removal . Seeing or calling for this services is ridiculous.

We liked the airport shuttle service. The location was convenient, and the price was decent. The staff was friendly.

The entire hotel was damp. It had an awful musty smell. The room did not feel clean. Although the waffles were very good, the breakfast area is very small and guests were rude and disrespectful when trying to find a table to sit for breakfast.

Moore fruits and better choice. If you can’t have a decent breakfast, lower the price of your rooms and don’t offer the breakfast

Woke up at 5:30 a.m. could not get coffee until 6:30 a.m. had to catch a shuttle by 7:00 a.m. . Breakfast could be started a little bit earlier than 6:30 a.m. toilet handle in my room kept sticking and toilet would not flush

That I could not get coffee at 5:30 a.m. it was not available until breakfast started. Turkey sausage was very rubbery and dry

Very close proximity to the airport, yet not close enough to hear the air traffic.

I didn’t like the fact that the airport shuttle doesn’t run between 12pm and 4pm. Had to pay for a cab, but since it’s close to the airport it wasn’t too much.

Room was clean and passable. Best thing about it was the airport shuttle and location being close to the airport.

Walls were very thin - People in the room next door checked in late (around 10pm) and were noisy with doors slamming, tv blaring etc till the early hours of the morning. We had an early flight the next morning so were extremely annoyed at this. Water was not very hot.

rude front desk gal who wouldn’t answer the phone for 15 min until the “shuttle closed” and couldn’t make an exception when we called at the 11 o’clock hour because our flight was delayed and we literally landed at 10:52. Customer service would’ve made my stay awesome. not to mention I only stayed literally 3 hours and paid $144…to find the price was significantly lower when we checked in. poor business practice.

We picked this hotel for its shuttle service to the airport and a pool. We were too tired for the pool at the end of our trip but we needed the shuttle service and it did not disappoint.

There are few options of restaurants within walking distance but if you want Waffle House it was right next door.

Shuttle driver did not help with luggage. Difficult to use bus stairs carrying bags. All other hotels have shuttle drivers that assist
