Location, room size, cleanliness
The construction outside our room was a little loud but otherwise we loved it and will be back

Loved it there as it was away from how busy the twin of North Conway was

Our room and actual hotel building was not the address booking.com listed, and the room and building we were ultimately put in weren’t even in our search area on booking.com
The listed address of the actual place we’d be staging should not have come up as the same address as the Eastern Slope Resort, as it is an entirely separate building, in another entirely separate location.

I booked the inn with amenities for the price . They put me in a motel that had nothing to offer

The outdoor hot tub was working
I have stayed at this resort many times since I was a kid and always had great memories of it. I made the mistake of buying this stay through booking.com and when I showed up to check in they told me I was staying 3/4 of a mile from the resort I thought I was staying in and when I asked if there was anything within the resort available I had to pay $65 for a less than 100 sq ft dungeon room with no windows. It wasn’t all bad though because the outdoor hot tub was actually working this time (unlike the last time I was there) overall was very disappointed in booking.com and the lack of value in my ‘upgrade’

The check in process was quick and easy. Our room was located fairly close to the entrance. We enjoyed our time in the outdoor hot tub. It’s very convenient to the center of town and close to the outlets

The motel was HORRIBLE. WORSE STAY OF MY LIFE! Tue location was nice and that’s the only thing good about the entire trip.
Tue booking company charged us the same rate as staying in the main building and doesn’t inform that they are placing our reservation at a motel. The motel door locks were not working correctly. The motels carpets were so dirty that my wife and I wouldn’t walk on it bare foot OR even with socks (disgusting). The motels tub would not drain correctly so when we took a shower the water was over ankle high AND small black things were floating up from the plumbing. I have pictures of all of this and plan to complain to the main hotel. Absolutely the single worse trip due to the disgusting room. It’s disgraceful that tue resort could even rent something of such low quality. It should be condemned as I would allow my dogs to stay in a room that disgusting!!!

Loud entry-next door people slamming doors. Location not great, we wanted to sit outside but could not. Would have liked a balcony. No cleaning service- did not know that until we were in our room. Bathroom really old- just did not feel comfy overall. For the price, will not stay again.
