The price was good compared to other hotels.
Lots of homeless activity, room smelled like weed, and there was a fight in the morning.

The room had two queen beds. The 2 beds did not fit the room. It was difficult to get into the bathroom
because the bed was so close to the door

I had paid for the room reservation, tax and fees from booking.com. When I checked in, the hotel charged $19.21 additional payment for the room reservation. I showed the confirmation email of booking.com to the hotel and let hotel see everything for the room were already paid totally. The Thunderbird hotel said you can cancel the reservation without refund you had paid from booking.com.
Don't book this hotel from the booking.com. The Thunderbird hotel will increase the price when you check in and also not return your any reservation payment made from the booking.com if you cancel the booking.

I did not the cleanings of the bathroom of my bathroom. There was Hair by the sink, in the tub and menstrual blood stained on the toilet seat. It was totally disgusting.

Nothing could not stand the place. they never ever gave me my deposit back
Staff was rude, everything was a disappointment, I never received my deposit back that they promised. They took money off for towels that I never even used
