Great location, clean, friendly staff. very comfortable bed.

The STAIRS! Our room was on the top floor with no elevator and no rooms available on lower floors.

Good location. Walkable to everything in the French Quarter. Historical building. Cool quaint architecture and courtyard.

No elevator and a lot of staircases that were after-thoughts to the renovations over time. Going up and the back down was both interesting and weird. The stairs were steep making the climb difficult with luggage. Staff helped carry the luggage up and down. I changed rooms to the first floor to avoid this. Rooms were small. Bed was sagging in the middle making it hard to sleep. Sink was detached from the wall and rocked on its pedestal.

Location- very convenient to French Quarter and Riverside streetcar, I liked staying in more of a historic hotel- rather than cookie cutter

Water pressure in shower could have been better

They were so nice and clean. They were very quick to accommodate us and our needs

I have nothing negative to say

We loved the location. We could walk everywhere we needed and wanted to go. We loved the charming exposed brick and old world feel.

The bathroom could use a serious upgrade. I understand it’s an old building and that’s part of the charm. But there’s nothing charming about peeling paint. I guess we were paying for the location, because the amenities were not worth the daily rate we paid.

I love the convenience, and that everything was in walking distance

I just need to make my reservation a little earlier so I can get a little bit bigger room next time
