reservamos por booking.. me enviaron confirmacion de la reserva con desayuno incluido .. llegamos al hotel de noche y nos encontramos que no teniamos reserva y les mostre la conformacion de la reserva y les mostre que el hotel me habia cobrado 2 veces la reserva y no la encontraban. luego culparon a booking y que para poderme quedar esa noche dar un deposito adicional por esa noche,, al dia siguiente fui a desayunar y no tenia derecho al desayuno y me toco ir a recepcion otra vez y pedir mi voucher para desayuno que estaba incluido, luego hablamos con el manager encontraron la reserva y me informo que por error me habian cobrado doble la reserva y que ya habian. devuelto el valor de 1 reserva a mi tarjeta que se vera reflejado en maximo 30 dias,, espero que asi sea..y al final nos devolvieron el deposito que me cobraron incialmente... pero estas cosas no deben pasar porque si booking es un aliado de ellos y reservamos a traves de ellos es porque el hotel los autoriza.. lo demas muy bueno

The only thing I like about the hotel is that the hotel is right in front of the beach. The view is quite lovely.
We were disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. Under the sheets, there are some sand. The walk from the garage To the hotel is overwhelming. I didn't see any valet. If I was alone with my kids I would not be able to bring all the stuff on my own.

It’s old and a bit run down. It needs an overhaul and updating of everything. Balcony and balcony chairs were dirty, and balcony doors were corroded and dirty. The breakfast was ok. The food came out quickly, but was cold and tasted like powdered eggs.

Such a great location, right on the beach and close to the waterway. We were able to walk to bars, restaurants, and shops, and rode the bikes every day.

The room was great. The front desk was very helpful and they had champagne and snacks from 12 pm -7pm every day. The pool and hot tub were nicely kept. The beach was very nice. The bed was comfortable. We rented a car but did not need it much. Everything is within walking distance and the FLL airport is so close and can be easily reached via uber/lyft.

Property was nice
Room was most uncomfortable experience I ever dealt with. The a/c was the loudest thing I ever heard. It turned on n would shut off every 5-10 mins. N was the loudest thing while doing so..every time it would wake me up. N when it would shut off. It got crazy hot. Couldn’t fall asleep all night.

My husband and I decided to stay on the beach while we were moving my Mom out of my childhood home and into independent living. We loved the staff (we come from a Marriott family and my FIL was the President years ago) and everyone had the Marriott culture going on. They were all very professional and seemed happy to be there. The hotel itself is old, it was a Howard Johnson's back in the day. It sits sideways as do many of the hotels in Hollywood so there are not a ton of beachfront rooms but again, that is normal for this area of Hollywood. The rooms are decorated really nicely with very beachy decor which was really nice. The beds are amazing and so are the pillows!!! We really loved that there is live music next door at the little motel and we spent many nights out on our balcony listening to the music and looking at the water!
The only thing that stood out for us was that you have to go through the restaurant to get in from the pool and beach OR you have to go through the main lobby. I wish sandy/wet folks could enter through a more private door vs walking through with their towels and beach stuff. Other than that, this hotel is fantastic!
