Absolutely atrocious. The hotel brazenly canceled my reservations on their own accord and didn't bother to inform me. Despite my efforts to communicate, calling and messaging them twice throughout the day to update them about my significantly delayed flight and late arrival, they utterly disregarded my situation. Upon my arrival, I was met with the shocking discovery that they had the audacity to give my rooms away to others. To add insult to injury, the receptionist was an obnoxious person, further souring the entire experience. I strongly recommend that people avoid booking at this hotel at all costs to spare themselves the same horrendous treatment.

1.Llegue al hotel por el traslado del aeropuerto y le consulte al recepcionista por una habitación y me dijo: lo siento ESTAMOS LLENOS. ASI QUE TUVE QUE CONTRATAR POR BOOKING Y MAGICAMENTE TENIA HABITACION luego de eso, la verdad me sentí incomoda por que su actitud fue bastante grosera casi discriminativa, pero hacia una lluvia tremenda y estaba muy cansada así que decidii buscar solución rápida. Lo peor es que luego llegaron 3 japoneses y sin reserva y a ellos si se le dio habitación.(pueden revisarlo por el registro de sus habitaciones aproximadamente a las 11pm de la noche del 8 de marzo). 2.El restaurant cierra a las 10pm, tienen un pequeño market con casi nada de comer así que no esperes cenar si llegas luego de esa hora. 3. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en el baño contiguo TODO.

The hotel smelled nice when you walked in and was dog friendly.

The hotel staff was not friendly. The rooms were not clean. Beds were small. There was no microwave in the room’s. The parking costed 22.00 a night. Breakfast was very expensive. Very small refrigerator in room and was dirty. The towels we got smelled like vinegar.

The bar and Tony!!! We had a verrrry long day at the airport just to be delayed till the morning. Tony was patient & took care of us

The apartment internally is old, the sink was blocked, I called for concerts but was not answered (The toilet was also clogged and leaking water all the time), I ordered food at the restaurant and it was extremely salty, the pool had a lot of chlorine and my eyes were burning, and they say they are pet-friendly but to my surprise I received a call about my kitten from a somewhat exaggerated and stressed man charging me a fee of another 75 dollars for the pet, this was not described and I was not consulted about the payment, an attendant at the reception gave me the receipt Without asking me about the fee, total rent was $97 but I was charged $197.

The room was supremely comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bed in particular was excellent. The restaurant food was delicious and decently priced. ALL the service was top-notch.

Nothing, really. But I noticed the 6th floor has more audible airplane noise than the lower floors.

Super late check in (flight was delayed 5 hours) checked my daughter in without incident wonderful staff.

They took me 50 dollars of deposit and they have refunded me the money yet. I was in transit and I just stayed 8 hours in my room.

The incheck system does not accept debit or credit cards from outside the US. That is not a good thing for a hotel near an International Airport

Consumer services was awesome, friendly and nice. I met and enjoyed Kenny that worked the front desk on night shift😊 my first time staying at Sonesta. We will be back there for our next stay.

Clean and friendly staff

There wasn’t anything posted or written of a breakfast menu in the room. Breakfast wasn’t included in the stay. Also nothing was written or posted that you have to call before 10 if you want your room cleaned and updated. Stayed three nights and had to go to the counter each day for towels and refill coffee drinks. Had to set my towels outside my door as well as the garbage to be picked up. Staff was friendly but not informative.

There is no schedule anywhere in the room about housekeeping. There are no menu’s in the room. The shower curtain was broke and the water went all over the floor. There was no ceiling fan in the bathroom. The pool was not heated. It was freezing. Only used it once. They charged a 50.00 deposit which was not on booking.com so unexpected.

Not much. They do have a Burger Restaurant that has a bar, if you're into that. It is expensive. Be prepared to pay for a $17 cocktail drink.

I wasn't told they charge $22 a day for parking at check-in or any amenities they have there, so I was super upset about the total I owed at check out. The rooms do not have microwaves. I'm vegan and my wife and I prep our daily meals. Not having a microwave in our room was a bummer. They had one microwave in the ice room for everyone to use on each floor.🙄 The TV and remote worked poorly (hard to change channels). The AC vent is in a wired spot in the room, so only one side of the room was cool. Housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning, because we found an empty pet carrier box next to our night stand and the shower was dirty. I couldn't tell if it was dirty or if the shower had a design on the floor. The complimentary coffee didn't have creamer or sugar, so I had to bum some from the restaurant downstairs. That is definitely my last time staying there...I mean, what hotel doesn't have microwaves in the rooms??

They offer a shuttle bus service which is really practical. The room is big and comfortable.

They were lacking basic accessories like toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Only soap and shampoo were provided. Considering that many need this accomodation because of issues with their connection flights (like we did), these accessories are a must-have for an airport hotel.
