Nothing. I had made the reservation because of delayed flights in Denver that resulted in my needing a room there for a brief overnight stay. My flight was ultimately canceled, and I could not get there. I did contact them to let them know, but I was charged anyway.

Pleasant staff

Perfect short stay near airport. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff including shuttle drivers welcoming and helpful. Free shuttle service to and from airport. Plus point: if you have extra time, do go for a walk around the hotel. The green space and the lake/river was a wonderful spot to relax before taking our flight back

The cleaniness and tidiness of our room. Our bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. One of the shuttle bus drivers, the younger one, was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Good selection and the taste was excellent.

We landed at 1am. The website said the shuttle was on call from 12am to 5am. However, when we called the front desk to order the shuttle, no-one answered. So we had to get an uber to get to the hotel from the airport. The older shuttle driver was a little bit impatient.

The rates advertised.

I did not like getting hit and ran into by one of the guests. I did not like getting charged 50.00 dollars over the advertised rate for parking 3 days for two vehicles and staff quoting one rate but charged 110.00 over the quoting price after receiving my bank statement. I was quoted $10 a day for each vehicle and was charged over $120.

Awesome room overlooking a lake and ideally location for flying the next day. Dog friendly room was a HUGE perk.

Free shuttle bus

・The shower kept running cold water and warmed up after about 15 minutes. ・Waiter poured so much juice that it spilled over and soaked my desk. I was also surprised when the waiter wiped his wet hands on my desk. I asked two waiters for napkins to wipe my glass and desk because it was sticky and I wanted to wipe it, but none of them brought them. I thought they were doing their job efficiently, but unfortunately I didn't feel much hospitality to the guests. ・I was told to call if I want to call the shuttle bus in the middle of the night, however It is inconvenient for foreigners who cannot call overseas. ・not free wifi. ・No guidance from the staff about the facilities and breakfast

Airport shuttle

Restaurant bar not clean, toilet in room broke, nobody to check me out at the front desk before jumping on 4:30am airport shuttle. Staff member tried to deliver more towels after 11pm that I never asked for.

Needed toiletries in the morning and couldn't get it because front desk staff indicated they were the only one available and could not leave the front desk.

shuttle driver smashed suitcases into back of van with such force that he broke one $700 Ted Baker suitcase shell and damaged the wheel on another $150 Samsonite suitcase

Front Desk was of one if not the best I've ever witnessed. Knowledge and friendly. Honestly the staff is the best thing about this place.

Next to interstate. Kept me up all night with the road noise. Plus, the hotel is old. Old carpet and no electrical or usb outlets on the desk or night stands. Would it kill Westin to go to Lowes or Home Depot and get a box of usb electrical outlets for each room on each floor?! They are not that expensive and easy to swap out.
