Muy justo en calidad. Camas comodas grandes y limpias y baño correcto pequeño y limpio. Ducha amplia.
Moqueta en el suelo, desayuno muy poca cosa de comer, en un cuarto cerrado sin ventanas y sin mesas suficientes . No limpian las mesas cada vez que termina alguien de desayunar. Céntrico pero por la noche hay que ir con precaución mucho zombie y homeless.
Habitación sin insonorización y hay mucho mucho ruido y musica en la calle por la noche.

Very comfortable beds and rooms were so clean. Housekeeping staff did a fabulous job.
Would recommend Central Cafe and Pinecrest Diner for food.
Breakfast, I'm diabetic and the only thing I could have was the coffee. I would suggest healthier options.

El olor es terrible desde la entrada, tapetes sucios, ascensor desaseado, habitaciones con el mismo olor.

Le personnel était très gentil! La salle de bain était neuve donc très bien.
La chambre était très petite et très mal insonorisé! on entendait souvent des alarmes de police et il y avait un bip constant vraiment désagréable qui semblait venir de l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Si vous allez à cet hôtel, n’allez pas à gauche en sortant, car c’est un quartier très dangereux. C’était un hôtel cher pour ce qu’on a eu, mais tout est cher à San Francisco.

Very clean hotel with very clean rooms and really comfortable beds. The staff were all excellent and so friendly and helpful.
The property is just on the outskirts of what has become a rougher area in downtown San Francisco. The hotel was safe and secure but careful going out at night as some sketchy people around.

Location and security
Had no shower on the first day, maintenance came, water then came out of bath tap but not out of shower, husband had to adjust shower head, we asked for a second chair in the room but never got one

Affordable, small but quite nice rooms! The mini fridge was great! Super accommodating and friendly staff. Cleaners went in everyday no matter how late we left our room for the day.
The location at night did not feel safe at all.

the staff and customer service was amazing, they allow you to keep you bags there until checkin. the bathroom was awesome, hot water and freshly renovated. quick easy continental breakfast included: had toast, yoghurt and coffee which was easy before you left before adventuring out for the day.
There was a lot of homeless , outside and around , but a lot in that area which was quite confronting. I should’ve booked a queen bed, the double bed both my
partner and my feet hungover. the Room was small.
