Very clean and the front desk staff was excellent

Very nice, clean, updated room. The bed was a little on the soft side. I was surprised by how updated the room was. The downside was that there were people running in the hallways around 2 PM and very loud. Rooms walls are a little then but we were there just to stay overnight and put in our ear plugs.
Loud guests in the hall way. Not sure what was going on, they have cameras everywhere. We were hoping that security would come investigate but did not call to complain.

easy to find and easy to park at. pretty landscaping
for pets there wasn’t many spots to walk around without having to go off the beaten path. the pool was FRIDGID

The bed was old with sagging on each side and hump in the middle.

Nice room overall. Bathroom lighting could be better in the shower.
Needed another staff person at the front desk. One gentleman working and he was swamped. Waited awhile in line to check in.

Everything except the bed was fine.
The bed was the worst bed I've ever slept on. It was so hard, not like a regular mattress at all. I like a firm mattress, but this was bad. I slept very poorly and woke up very sore and finally just decided to check out at 6am because it was too painful to be in that bed.

The hotel was very loud. My family and I could not get much sleep due to all the noise and rooms next to us having a “get-together” in the hallway until 11:30-midnight.

The bed was pretty comfortable--especially when compared to other hotels in the same area.
I wish the room would have been cleaned/vacuumed/towels replaced every day. A kitchenette and freezer in the fridge would have made this stay perfect for me. Lastly, there was a gas odor in the area between check-in desk and elevators.

Front desk staff wasn’t friendly, the pool was dirty, and our shower was dirty. (Hair on the walls of the shower)

The breakfast bar was closed, they refunded our extra money we paid for breakfast.

Hot tub wasnt working and wasn't told until after we bought bathing suits and got in. Also no breakfast and we stay there mostly for the breakfast
