My family stayed through the Thanksgiving weekend in 2018 and absolutely loved this hotel, so when planning our holiday this year we knew we would be back. The hotel is nicely maintained, clean, and situated closely to major retailers and food establishments. Breakfast is tasty, the manager’s reception in the evenings is a nice place to chat up other travelers and enjoy an adult beverage. My kids spent nearly every free moment in the pool, which is on the smaller side but never overly crowded. The best part, however, is definitely the staff. Everyone we interacted with — from the front desk to cleaning staff/maintenance— was friendly, helpful, and asked how our stay was going over the four days we stayed. I could really go on and on, so I will end with saying that I will go out of my way if need be to stay here any time we are in the Omaha area.

The location was near my event. This was the only redeeming part about the stay.

When I arrived they made a point of asking me to not have my room cleaned. I told them I wanted my room cleaned. I even went out of my way in the morning to express my need for a freshly made bed and clean towels.I was here playing sports so I only wanted a clean place to sleep. I received a dirty room and a bug infested bed. I did not get a fresh change of towels and the cost (taxes and fees) far exceeded the price set by your website.

Not their fault there what is the power outage for more than 15 hours- There were no safety lights anywhere in the hallway, or in our room. The pool was green, and after the power came back on nobody came to check to see if it was OK to swim. The hot tub was cold and not look so clean.

Great friendly staff. Quiet. Perfect location for our CWS trip. If we ever find ourselves back up this way we will definitely stay here again!

Booking . Com way overcharged me and I was stuck do not book through them call the hotel directly they would have given me a much better deal

I was there for a week and they would not give extra towels but I just used towels they put out for the pool use.
