The room was clean and spacious.
It is my fault that I didn't check to see that this was a pet-friendly establishment. Upon our arrival, a small dog across the hall was "yapping" for some time, but stopped before we retired for the evening. Next, after booking our room, a receipt was sent to me for $105,17, at checkout, we were asked to pay$107.02 did not get an explanation for the increase. I booked the room with my credit card, but asked them NOT to charge the room to this card. They did it anyway! System was down at checkout, so my wife gave her debit card information to pay for the room. They NEVER used that information to pay for the room. When I called to inform the hotel of this, the young lady was unable to explain what happened.

More parking would have been nice, also regular walks to prevent loud guests from disturbing others would have been a bonus

Leigh was very informative during check in and her positivity was delightful. Breakfast variety was good and fresh. Beds were comfortable.
Our soap dispensers were almost empty so my family couldn't all shower up when we got in that night. We just ended up buying personal soap.

this property was very clean, great location ( not far from restaurants and Walmart). staff was friendly and accommodating. Marissa was working the front desk when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful!!

Breakfast was fine. Room was clean. Location was convenient and seemed safe.
Shower needs an upgrade. The water ran in the tub from the faucet the whole time while the shower was being used. The room was rather small - a tight fit for moving around and storing your bags. The thermostat did not work well - we woke up hot in the night. We also heard voices in the hall and the ding of the elevator. Additional sound proofing would be nice - we were there just for one night and really needed a good night's sleep.

there was a little pile of dried mud in the entrance of the room. it looked like maybe the vacuum wouldn’t pick it up and it had pushed against the wall. it was easy to pick up ourselves, but it was kind of obvious and we were surprised that it was missed/left in a turnover.

The room was nice and clean. Lots of room, not small at all. Restroom was well lit and clean. The staff were very friendly. Gave us a room in the area we wanted, perfect!

Was this hotel built as a Hampton Inn, because the interior is very shabby. The color schemes in the rooms are dark and depressing. The entrance lobby is tiny and crowded. The room for breakfast is ok, and the staff in charge of breakfast were excellent. But it was the only public space that was inviting, although it was small.

I feel the "fee" reserved on your card should be communicated, in plain sight, when you book. The fee is "hidden" within all the reading content, but no amount is specified. For our stay they held $90, which was later reimbursed. I just feel that should be communicated better when registering to stay at this place.
