Friendly staff

My parents are both handicap. The air conditioner didn’t work in fbs handicap room with temps outside 100 degrees. Asked first night about it. Told no other handicap rooms but could move to standard room. Unfortunately they are not able to have a non handicap bathroom. Second night even hotter. Told might be able to comp room since no handicap availability and no one could fix the air conditioning. Sad they were so uncomfortable especially being older and came for their granddaughters wedding.

Great price and the staff was amazing.

The breakfast selection was pretty scarce. My kids wanted more muffins and they were running low. I had to basically beg for them to give me another muffin.

Location and price, there were some parts of the room that were not clean. But not bad.

The welcome bag was a very nice touch and we appreciated it. The waters came in handy for the football game and we ate all the snacks.

You need to have a water jug at breakfast. The price was high but we expected that because it was a game weekend.

Great location in Lubbock. Friendly staff. Breakfast on both mornings was excellent, with delicious items available. The room was comfortable, cool, and convenient to parking.

I did not get the room I had booked 2.5 weeks before our stay. Booked a king was given 2 queen and when asked was told management changed the reservation without cause. Asked to switch it back and was told they were booked. Next day asked if my bill was adjusted to reflect the difference in rooms without asking my name, a young lady said yes. I looked at my price when I booked 273, but was charged 340. Questioned it again and they readjusted to the 273 which was for the King - Not the room I was stuck with

Poor location for Marriott. The toilet leaked and flushed itself every half hour all night long! Couldn’t sleep well. Not a comfortable bed.. never had a bad experience at a Marriott Fairfield before and have been a member for years! Would not recommend this one. Should get extra points for this one!!

Didn’t like anything about it! Toilet ran all night and flushed itself every half hour . Didn’t sleep much listening to it! Not very clean hotel . Very dissatisfied for a Marriott Fairfield! Been a Marriott member for years never had this experience with them before!!

Stayed there after an elective surgery. They accommodated an early arrival and Amanda went out of her way to help in anyway she could to make it a comfortable stay.

Grab and go for a very short period of time.

The pool was cold. We chose this hotel for the pool and breakfast. And the rate quotes was 116 and we paid 122

Nothing horrible they say never judge a book by its cover so true the picture on the website must have been photoshop because the hotel looked nothing like the picture or else I would have never checked in !!!!!!!!!

That there were kids loitering the parking lot and no type of security signs posted that if you stay here you are pretty much at your own risk !!!! Some people were in the parking lot making drug deals !!!! There were women prostitutes looking for dates in the parking lot as well never have I stayed at a hotel like that seriously there should be a warning sign on the website that if you are looking for a score or looking to score this is the hotel for you ... I think I just wrote their advertising slogan !!!! Lol ( DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
