Breakfast was great. Location was great. Pool bar was great! Beach chairs was great.

The bathroom window and the fact that the test of the system wasn’t specific to what would be said. Hours after lights flashing the message to evacuate came on and I thought was real because it said this is not a test. I was in a panic and then to top it off the doors in the the stairwell are not marked very well still when you get to the bottom to exit. It actually doesn’t have an exit at very bottom it’s the laundry room. This information should be marked on the stairwell door. Maybe say exit at this floor to leave building safely. I was in a panic then had to go back up 2 flights because the bottom wasn’t a clear exit. I was very upset, stressed and disappointed. I did bring this to the person at front desk.

The location

Having to move rooms in the middle of the first night because we were flooded or told it was stopped up in the shower flooded and I have children we had to keep them up and move them as well as us at 3:00 a.m. after a 15 hour drive then our clothing got ruined and was supposed to be dry cleaned and was washed in the dryer and washing machine that laundry is done in for the hotel which is unacceptable my things were supposed to be dry cleaned we got our items back completely horrible and torn shrunk it was the absolutely disaster and had to move it took a few hours to unpack repack our stuff on the thing take it to the new room unpack that new room and then I was threatened by a so-called security officer which I was in fear for my life and almost called 911 I don't think that $100 credit helps the only thing they could do to even possibly make me say anything good about this resort and or think of returning to give him a second chance would be refund half of my day I think I at least deserve that not to mention I'm pregnant having to deal with all the disaster this was a resort for leisure my birthday and it was probably one of the worst birthdays I've ever had
