Toller Service, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine 3-Zimmersuite mit zwei Doppelbetten erhalten, da die Schlafcouch im ursprünglichen Zimmer zu schmal für zwei Teenager war. Alle Mitarbeitendern waren super freundlich.

The stove didn't work, so I lost out on the food I purchased, the refrigerator leaked water and it was turned up really high where it froze the items inside, and the bathroom door handle was broken.

The staff was very friendly. They really did try to make things better. The hotel was the issue, nothing they could do could do to make the stay better. They honestly should all receive a raise.

When we arrived, they had the wrong dates in the system. The outside was very dark and creepy. The place was dirty with trash and dirty floors. When we got up to the room the carpet had stains, the floor in the kitchenette was sticky and disgusting. There were hairs stuck on the wall in the bathroom and the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. As we were trying to fall asleep there were bugs crawling on the ceiling. They tried to change rooms for us the next day but it smelled horrible in the room of Marijuana. We checked out first thing in the morning. This hotel needs to be renovated ASAP, the carpets and walls made it look like a scene from The Shining!
