Rooms were small

Breakfast is served too late at 730am. We had to leave earlier than that.

The coffee pot was not cleaned out. The old coffee grains was still there and coffee in the carafe and there was no creamers or cups or stir sticks.

The bed was very comfortable - soft & not broken down. More than I expected for the price. The A/C was on & the room was cool upon our arrival - a welcome relief in July.

It's a motel so parking is limited to pull in or back in only. We had been traveling in our camp trailer no on-site parking- we were able to park across the street.

The motel lost power, didn't have power all night long.

It is a good hotel, it was clean and comfortable.

One of the main problems was the lack of a crib or play pen for our baby. The breakfast did not provide any healthy options like fruit, it was very basic.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT WIFI IN YOUR ROOM. While waiting in line to check in, a German couple booked a room for the night and the guy at the front desk only told them that they had no internet in the rooms AFTER they paid. When I checked in he told me the same, that they were "working on it". I stayed for 4 nights and I never got wifi in my room. So no, it was not just my room, I asked to be changed and said that it was the same in all of the rooms. They told me I could use it in the lobby, yes, it worked like a charm out there, where people come in and out, where is noisy, a stupid tv program is going loud, the chairs are uncomfortable... sure I can use it in the lobby... And to add insult to injury, underneath the street sign they have it reads "free wifi". This is 2023 we are talking about, not having wifi in the room is the same as not having a bathroom there. It's simple amenities we are talking about and it's fake advertisement because the room I booked had free wifi in it. Other than wifi: tv looks pixelated and broken even at the lobby (see image below); walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors; floors are old so if you step on one side of the room, the other side cracks; breakfast is really limited (just coffe, juice, waffles, 2 cereals and toast with plastic plates and cutlery). Let me repeat this: avoid if possible until you see reviews that there is actual wifi in the rooms.

Wifi never worked. In order to communicate with family, I had to use my phone and be charged international roaming fees.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay for a few days, close to Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP and Glen Canyon NRA. Kanab has also a lot to offer.

This is an old motel, with the predictable musty old-hotel smell....the heater is an air-conditioner which is very, very noisy

the breakfast was quite poor. the juice distributor was out of order and I had to take a glass of water from the sink. Not even a jug!

The buttons on the a/c-heater unit were missing so I had to find something small enough to push the button inside the unit to change the temperature, and the carpet was a little outdated but not dirty

Room was warm and spacious, washroom was decent size. Looked clean

Aisle carpets are old and need change, breakfast should definitely need improvement.

Price was cheap, room was the same. Not bad but definitely not good. Not clean and pretty loud. The folks up front were extremely nice, extremely friendly. Looked like a decent continental breakfast was available in the morning, but I needed to be on the road, so I skipped it.

Dirty. I cleaned some hair off the bathroom floor and some strawberry jam off the toilet. Strawberry jam, yes, that's what I'm telling myself. It was strawberry jam.
