Everything was wonderful

Great location, a ton of room in our king room, and free breakfast.

Our room didn't seem very clean. The mirror in the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. There was also a wet used rag in the bathroom from the previous guest that had not been gotten by the cleaning staff.

Clean comfortable beds, everything worked in the room. No complaints there. Breakfast area was clean, food was hot. Customer service was A-1 from check in to check out. The hospitality was phenomenal. Thank you all.

The breakfast was excellent and well kept

The room was good, I was on the 2nd floor and whoever was above it sounded as if they were coming through the floor. The continued all throughout the stay. The location of the room wasn’t good, I could hear every conversation, when the ice dropped and everything around.

Breakfast was great, host was wonderful staff was courteous and kind. Maintenance did a good job getting cable back working.

Relocated down the hall or upstairs. Too much hall noise. Too close to laundry room and elevator. I could hear the noise from the elevator control room through the wall at night and in the early morning hours.

The beds were wonderful. Very comfortable.

I wasn't a major fan of the breakfast setup due to Covid still being somewhat of an issue. Not really complaining just pointing it out.

Helen the front desk clerk had excellent customer service. She greeted us immediately, assigned our room and then upgraded the room based on our needs. Helen deserves an I got caught :)

The elevator floor could have been mopped.

The breakfast so was good. Also The location was fine.

I had a problem with how the room was cleaned it was very cool with this summer heat but as inspecting the room I found dead roaches every where I really didn’t want to make a bid deal so I cleaned it my self!! Also when did you guys start letting so many Dogs stay there!!!! Oh I didn’t like that at all!!!!
