Location. Bright lights in parking lot.

The lamp on my bedside table did not work. One of 2 bulbs was missing. In the parking lot after I arrived I was approached by a young woman soliciting money. In the morning during my departure I was approached by a young man also soliciting help of some kind.

I loved that there was so many restaurants and stores close by

The hotel as a whole was dirty and all smelled like cigarettes. In one of the cabinets in our room, there was cigarette residue and smelled horrible.

The property had a lot of drug activity going on was very spooky I was afraid

Location was Perfect,to many stores around.Close to everything,we did a lot around.Supermarket, Walmart,Shop Rite,five below,Home Good,Gas Stations, Dunkin donuts..etc.

Coffee cold just because the Milk.Need microwave in the breakfast room.Hallway a little bit cold.Not much.Other than that is a pleasure to stay at the Hotel.

I didn't like anything. The evening staff was very rude. I didn't had no heat in my room she just came to the room took the thermostat and never came back. I had to go down ask her what's going on. She just tell me there's nothing she can do. And I have kids with me

Breakfast was good. Ran out of potatoes and did not see them get refilled.

1. Upon check in the clerk did not look happy. Hard to hear her as she spoke softly. Seemed like she didn't want to be there. 2. Bathroom - surprised to see there were no hand towels or wash clothes when entered to use bathroom. In morning when it was time to shower, there was no bathmat. This left the floor wet even though most drying off was done standing in the shower. It was slippery. 3. Someone tried getting into the room at 4:56 am. I sent a separate email to the hotel directly. Waiting for reply.
