I loved the location and the romantic decor of the hotel. Breakfast was an added bonus. The room was cozy and comfy, it had absolutely everything anyone could need, and had the best atmosphere. I hope to be spending many romantic weekends here. Thanks.

I wish there had been a bar with a simple food menu in the hotel.

The facility is so nice and the staff is top notch. We always enjoy the amazing lobby, live piano and certain days and coffee/tea available all hours. The continental breakfast is nice as well. It's conveniently located to many places to eat and a short walk to docks and downtown.

sofa bed was ill equipped with linens and blankets and was extremely uncomfortable. The woman who checked us in was unfriendly and curt. in the advertisement the spa tub was listed and the impression given was that it was in the main room with fireplace, instead it was in the bathroom next to toilet.

The continental breakfast was very good with boiled eggs and good yogurt as well as rolls and toast. The location was so nice for walking to shops and museums and great selection of restaurants. We are very happy with our time there.

The room was clean & big. Right on the water with a small outside landing. Loved the large bathroom & very private. Would stay again. Very quiet.

Next time we will stay on an upper floor.

Loved having a balcony off the room. It was very small, but great to have...would have been even better to have a small table or shelf to set you beverages on.

Would have liked to have my room cleaned daily..for the price it just seems like it should be automatic..if you ask they will do it...
