Staff was amazing! Friendly, pleasant & helpful!
It served it's purpose for a good place to stay but it is definitely outdated. The double queen bed room is small, especially for a family. The location is in walking distance to the boardwalk and across the street is the beach, but you have to cross 4 lanes of traffic. Overall, the price is the reason that we booked this hotel.
Pros - Staff is friendly. Price is great for Pensacola Beach.
Cons - Beds are not that comfortable. Floors need to be cleaned better. Hotel has 1 side next door to a restaurant with live music that goes late some nights. More variety for breakfast. Toilets acted like they would plug more times than not even with little amounts of toilet paper. Kayak & bike useage is only until 5pm.

They do allow smoking and people smoked around the pool and fire pit and that's just not enjoyable when others don't smoke

It is under construction for about a month now. Now they don't serve eggs anymore , they now serve something that looks like porridge I didn't get a discount for this.

It’s located right across the street from the beach. The facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly.

Hotel location was great and right at the strand, unfortunately the weather was not as hoped and never made it out to the beach. Not the fault of the property. Staff was awesome!
Our refrigerator was leaking water and when I notified the staff they just said put a towel down, all of the refrigerators do that because of condensation. Well, it was cold outside so not sure how it could have been condensation. I think if a property has this kind of problem with the equipment they should fix or replace them, not tell guests to put a towel down. Not knocking the staff as I am sure they are following protocol, I just didn't think it was very nice or professional. Other than that, and the neighbors who decided to pull a chair outside and sit in front our our door smoking and talking loudy, everything else was fine

It was close to everything. The bay was right behind us and the beach was walking distance across the street.
The shades that they had on the windows if you had the lights on you could see inside from the outside. They need curtains up too but other than that it was clean and nice.

I liked the fact that the main beach was across the road. Right down the street you could go hang gliding. The Blue Angels were right down the road practicing. 💙 that!!
The bed was too fricking hard!! That's the only part that was bad. The rest was good.

Was close by the beach
It wasn’t the room we paid for or secured online. The floors were sticky, VERY sandy & overall dirty. Asked frontdesk to have it clean but wasn’t. Room service never came in to clean in 3 days we stayed nor wanted to even bring towels/toilet paper up to the room. The property itself wasn’t well taken care of, the “private beach” is a dirty boat duck really. Pool closed at 10pm ON A BEACH?? Made no sense, we felt cat-fished.

The beds were not clean. The bathroom still had hair in the tub. No towels available and plumbing wasn't good. Last Breakfast was always gone even if I came a little early. Also being able to see through the blinds was not safe environment. I booked reservations got canceled had to rebook which cost me an extra $126 it was my birthday 3/10.

Stayed 4 nights. First morning was woken up at 7 in the morning by construction going on at the pool. Happened every morning between 7 and 8. The 3rd morning. Staff used their main key to try to come in my room twice. I'm still in bed. I had to call the front door and ask why are you all trying to come in my room. Would I stay again
No way !!!!!! The worst stay I've ever had at any hotel. I would never again stay.

Loved the location, close enough that we walked to dinner. Beautiful views in back of hotel and right across from the beach. Took a bike out for a bit and loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.
