Wish they offered more handicap accessible units with two beds! Also needs a little updating especially in the bathrooms! Senior citizens have trouble with low toilets! Lol!

I paid a higher price for the room at the time of purchase than what was available at check-in. I had to put the Booking.com app on my phone to access my confirmation. I will avoid Booking.com in the future.

The check-in process was easy and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs. The bed we slept in was firm and probably newer than the other amenities. My work computer screen is larger than the flat screen television. The room was clean.
My overall impression of the property is that it is in need of updating, not only the exterior but the interior room as well. Children would fit nicely into the bathroom but not an adult and the toilet being a scant 15" from the floor is not appealing.

The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is a bonus next to the outlet mall and several eating establishments. The pool area looked entertaining especially for smaller children.
On the website it states there is a bar on site. I wouldn't actually call it a bar as it is open very limited hours . If this hotel would re do the bar area to make it more comfy and cozy this hotel would exceed expectations for an overnight get away .

I love how this hotel is so close to everything. minutes from downtown and tons of food options near by with LOTS to do in the summer. Even in the winter there’s plenty to do.

The staffer who checked me in was so friendly and answered all my questions about restaurants and other things thoroughly and cheerfully. I felt welcomed.

Nice pool/water park area. Considering this is a family oriented place with a water park, we had no issues with noise at night. It was very quite and we slept well. Loved the balconies on our rooms.
The room was fine for the the two of us, but it would have been a tight fit for a family. Very little floor space to move around the beds.

The staff! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Every staff would stop and say good morning to us and they had a smile on their faces. I like this hotel smaller waterpark for littles. Great location and offers everything you need on a family vacation
