The Location is nice close to stores and restaurants

The front desk personnel were polite and very helpful.

The room had food on the floor and the locks were coming off the door.

Met 3 staff members. They were all Fantastic!

The section that wasn't renovated was not so pleasing to the eye.

The room was in disrepair physically. The daily maintenance like clean sheets and towels was good. You could tell the sheet was clean but there was a huge faded stain on the bottom sheet. The sheets and towels and blanket were well worn. There was dust caked on lamp tops and in corners. Cobwebs over the door. The door itself looked like a hammer had been used on the metal around the handle. The only chair was filthy. We arrived at 11:30 and showered and went to bed.The next day we left after telling the manager of our experience.

Nothing!

A motel 6 cost half as much and was twice as good.
