The comfort of the beds were great!
The smell of the room! IDK if it was deodorizer or what but it stunk!!!!!

Breakfast was extremely limited
For the amount of money spent for one night we expected a richer breakfast.

Great location , be prepared to pay $50 pet fee, breakfast was good , facility was clean , staff was very nice and friendly

Ontbijt karig, verder wel goed. Bedden goed. Badkamer goed.
In de entree, veel vlekken in de vloerbedekking. De betaling ging niet goed. Veel teveel afgeschreven, van de credit card. Na een paar dagen was het geregeld.

Staff was friendly
Elevator was broken so had to carry all luggage up and down stair case. Pets are allowed so the hallways smelled funky and outside door entrances smelled like urine upon entering the building

Our Room didnt get clean the 2 nights we were their, plus we woke with a Spider on the wall...

Close to our destination. Waffles were a hit!!! Beds were very comfortable.
The electronic room keys didn't always work. It took 5 or 6 tries and maybe the door unlocked. There was a hair in the refrigerator. Ugh.

the woman at the front was very short with me. never had a problem using my husbands card before, and then come to find out she over charged us and had to contact booking.com to correct the issue. thankfully they did. the room smelled like old moldy water

Room was clean and comfortable, no issues what so ever. Lobby was spotless and nice comfortable seats to kick back in. Morning breakfast was very nice. All food was well stocked at all times. Fruit was fresh as could possibly be. Nice selection of good food, juices coffee and teas. Dining area very clean. Parking lot was safe and clean. We will be staying there again when we are in the area. The Gentlemen that ran the desk in the morning was very helpful and knowledgeable in the area and gave us alot of tips which we were very appreciative of. I only wish i could remember his name.

The staff was very helpful, the battery on the rental car was dead and they had a maintenance person available to jump start it and wouldn't take any compensation for it.
We asked for room cleaning on third day of stay and all they did was make the bed and replace the towels, no cleaning was done.
