Was close to the stuff we like to do easy to get to

Non pet person booked at a pet hotel and constantly banged on wall, which made my dog bark!

I asked for ground floor, got 3rd floor. stains on the carpet, hair in the bathroom and bathtub. walls were dirty in the room. not worth the 90 a night. and the staff had their kids running in and out behind the desk

Broken elevator and the room we’ve stayed is smell dog. I don’t think they clean the room very well.

Breakfast was your typical continental style. Not bad and was warm and actually really good.
My room had Sheetrock tape come loose on my head in the shower. I informed the manager of the situation and he told me he’d have his maintenance guy look at it.

The location was good. Breakfast was great.
The rooms weren't very up to date. It looked a little run down. The bed wasn't comfortable. The back door was always unlocked, didn't feel safe. Very low light in the room. No mirrors other than the bathroom one.

The staff were friendly and despite being pretty busy the hotel was quiet.
The pool and the hot tub share the same water so the hot tub was not hot it was luke warm at best.

It was in a good location. The room was clean, and they had good breakfast. The staff was friendly also.
The beds were uncomfortable. When we turned on the shower it made this awful squealing sound for a solid 5 mins. Vending machines ate our money.
