The location was good.

The room had pet hair everywhere. All my clothes ended up with pet hair on them.

Bed was a little old and sunken in in the middle.

the lady who worked front desk when I first got here was nice and courteous to me. other then that the stay was awful.

beds were hard, didn’t seem like anything really got cleaned in the room. the pool and hot tub both had hair/lint in them. my pull out couch the mattress inside was flat and old had a tear down the side of it. the tv did not work showed no signal, and was only accommodated with one rag for the stay.

Wonderful staff, great location & a very comfy room. Easy to get in and out, and with great features - like Internet, a microwave, and mini fridge. I also really appreciated the vending machines as someone who was staying alone and didn't get back to the hotel until late, having the option of drinks was great.

I wish Booking.com referenced the pet fee somewhere. I feel like I scoured the policies page several times looking for it. I don't have an issue with the fee, it just would've been preferable to know ahead of time.

The toilet didn’t work. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. The curtains were insufficient to keep out the light from the parking lot floodlights. There were noisy men in the hallway, who sounded drunk, until 11:30 pm.
