It’s an ovation coldest place a quiet at night which I love honestly everyone here stayed so positive and was so polite even on the first tonight I had a couple problems with Becky prices for at everything that straightaway and the staff today at noon to take route they didn’t let me choose to cancel the station or they understood the issues that we were having with the Booking the room and they worked with us and they were awesome

Outdated room fixtures, no hangers or coffee machine (MOTEL basics)
Cheap quality couch. Sticky inside drawers. Nothing in kitchen cabinets (no plates, cups, not a single thing.) what was the point in having empty cabinets and drawers?

Entire hotel smelled horrible, the kitchen and bathroom were not stocked whatsoever. I needed to request items for a bathroom or kitchenette?? Makes no sense.

The location
They said they had grab and go breakfast, they had nothing no fruit no bagel no anything. That was the reason I went with place. It was very disappointing. They shouldn’t advertise the breakfast part at all.

Liked the proximity to the venue we needed to attend. The room was spacious and clean.
We arrived at almost 5 pm and the room still wasnt ready. We decided to run to a market to purchase groceries to prepare dinner and when we arrived back the room still wasnt done and sat in the hallway. There was no shampoo and was told that they were out. And finally come to find there wasnt a single kitchen item to use to make food. Breakfast was very disappointing, coffee was room temp, the muffins were dry or stale and there was no fruit even offered or yogurt which would be a norm anywhere else.

The front desk attendant was friendly when we checked in. The bed was comfortable. That is probably the ONLY two positives that came out of our stay.
The bathroom sink was clogged. The shower water pressure was terrible and the drain look like it had not been cleaned from the previous persons stay. The fridge still had someone else's old food in it. The pull out bed/couch was so dirty and gross that we couldn't have our kids sleep on it and there was no bedding for it anyways. The walls were dirty and the floors were sticky. We thought maybe it was just our room however the hall floors were also dirty. I usually do not give bad reviews but this room was really dirty and I would hope this review helps someone else make a better choice on where to stay.

IT WAS CLOSE TO MY JOB & THE NIGHT CLERK SHE WAS DEFINITELY A+ AS WELL AS THE CLERK ON THE MORNING SHIFT SHE DEFINITELY PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE...

Staff always goes above and beyond to accommodate. We love extended stay.
We only had 2 shower towels. No shower rug no bath plug no hand towels of any size. We had only half a roll of tp that was on the roll and no shampoo and soap.
