Duże komfortowe łóżka.

Przede wszystkim fakt, że Booking.com pobrał ode mnie opłatę za wynajem 3 pokojów, a w hotelu powiedziano mi, że otrzymali od Booking.com opłatę tylko za 2 pokoje. Cierpliwie tłumaczyłem, że zapłaciłem za 3 pokoje. Oni odpowiadali, że dostali pieniądze tylko za 2 pokoje. Połączyłem się z panią z obsługi klienta - w Honk Kongu - która próbowała wyjaśnić sytuację z hotelem, ale nie była w stanie. Efekt był taki, że przez 2 godziny musiałem czekać w hotelowym lobby na wyjaśnienie całej sytuacji. Naraziło to na duży stres moją żonę (trzeci pokój miał być przeznaczony dla nas). W końcu ugiąłem się i dopłaciłem za ten trzeci pokój bezpośrednio hotelowi. Booking.com do dzisiaj nie oddał mi za to pieniędzy pomimo wielu monitów z mojej strony. Sam hotel był w miarę komfortowy - szczególnie hotelowe łóżka, ale jego standard był poniżej oczekiwanego. Śniadanie było bardzo niesmaczne - niewielki wybór jedzenia i same najtańsze niesmaczne produkty. Dużo stresu i bezsensownego czekania późnym wieczorem i konieczność podwójnej zapłaty. Dlatego oceniam ten hotel na 4/10. Natomiast za całą sytuację Booking.com zasługuje na ocenę 1/10!

Imy walled was stolen earlier that day and didn't realize it till I tried checking in . I had no id to check in with so couldn't get my room. I tried getting it refunded but that wouldn't work because the one I booked with was stolen with my wallet and it made it where I couldn't refund back to my card because the card I used I had to shut off. So no I couldn't stay there and got charged over 300 for nothing

Great location. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful staff, especially the girl who checked us in is super amazing ❤️ We loved our room, it was really comfy. Breakfast is outstanding and great variety! Really enjoyed it. Thank you very much for all your hospitality and we will definitely be back! 🙏

The minor thing is the fan system which never turns off in the bathroom and for someone who is a light sleeper can be a bit of a challenge. But it was still very manageable to sleep with 😀

Bed was comfy, room and hotel were quiet. Good water pressure in the shower. No signs of mold in the shower or on floor, which was a big plus.

Didn't like the parking garage. No spaces available at 1 am on a Saturday night. Had to park on the street which made us uneasy. Parking spaces were tight, especially with bigger vehicles in place.

I loved the location and the secured parking garage

We found the pillows to be really flat and uncomfortable

Noise from room above us at 1 a.m. People walking around was really noisy overhead and did not end for a lengthy amount or time.

The breakfast was good and had everything we needed.

The pull-out couch was TERRIBLE. My 17-year-old daughter felt every spring, you could practically see all the springs in the mattress. It was the worst pull-out we've ever experienced. The bedding on the bed wasn't very soft, and not the greatest quality.
