Location - relatively clean.

Wait for checkin while staff was working bar… picked up phone twice and rang all the way to the message before she addressed us, no direction as to how to get to our room, found some sort of alive bug by the bed on the wall, dirty tables at breakfast.

Breakfast, bed. But upset enough about you charging us double til whenever you decide to return what we didn’t owe that it negates any good that might be here.

Did NOT appreciate you guys charging us double for our nights stay. You took the amount out twice (you charged us for our room AND an authorization)!!!!! We still have not gotten our money back until/IF you get it back to us. No way was this room worth the $200 we paid. The money came directly out of our bank and was unavailable to us. Never again! Wouldn’t stay there again after this and will pass that info on to others. You don’t tell people that this will happen and that’s very bad customer relations.

Excellent. Had more choices than normal, like biscuits andsausage gravy.

Who looks under the bed right? Well I do because it tells a lot about maintaining cleanliness. There was a soda bottle under the bed and a wrapper of some sort. So I shrugged that off went to take a shower and turned the shower knob all the way to the left and got sprayed in the face with cold water, covering the floor with water by the time I shut off the water. So I got a towel and wiped up the water. The white towel was brown when I pulled it off the floor. But the staff was friendly.

That goes together . I always take pictures but this time i didn’t. I’m not lying check under the bed at room 111 it’s the fourth room on the left. I don’t like anything out of place. Sorry hope y’all get this resolved, thank you
