Breakfast was great. Afternoon wine was a lovely touch.

Room was a bit noisy with the window open

Location. Close to USF, Haight Street, and Whole Foods.

Unfortunately our bathroom sink was clogged but was repaired the next day.

The location of this hotel is amazing. I used to live in Cole Valley for over 2 decades and it was such a treat to be back. The staff that cleaned the rooms was kind and helpful. The wine hour from 5-6 was a really nice touch!

The rooms are small without much to them. They could use a little mini fridge to make it a bit more comfortable. The wifi also stopped working well a few days into my stay. The staff behind the front desk were hit and miss...some never breaking a smile or saying good morning, others more helpful. At times, they wouldn't be available and instead would leave up a sign saying they would return shortly, which was not great for check in after a long flight. The free breakfast was nice, but the doors to the area were kept closed most of the time and it didn't have a very inviting feel.

Breakfast was a bonus. Room nicely appointed, fresh with new updates. Centrally located. Close to the venue I needed

Parking

The receptionist helped us bring in our luggage while we parked the car in the lot across the street. Right beside Hippie Hill and hip restaurants and stores. Close to all San Francisco attractions. Charming and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered many healthy choices.

Great location to go to UCSF. Good food choices on Carl Street

Room was small. Poor set up for laptop/desk etc

The breakfast was simply horrible - the very low end of what could be expected.

The location of this hotel is great. This is the only positive thing that can be said about this hotel. On the negative side, I would mention the poor breakfast, the horrible service by the receptionists, the old decor rooms, and above all these - the unreasonable price.

Room was basic but comfortable. Great location and friendly staff.

Lack of tea & coffee making facilities in room. Very noisy next to the street. The room was quite cold. The breakfast was mediocre considering the price of the hotel.
