Location, staff, parking, breakfast all went well.

We were out all day and returned at 3:30 and our room was not cleaned.

The breakfast and staff were both were excellent. I only lowered my rating a little because we could not get cold water in the sink or bath. It started out luke warm and gradually got hotter and hotter instead of colder and colder. Made it unpleasant to brush your teeth and take your medicines.

The mini fridge could have been a little bigger and a small freezer compartment would have been appreciated, A safe would have also been nice.

Clean, remodel, organized, well lit, well kept hotel. Good breakfast. Did not check out indoor pool.

Hubo ruido el viernes cuando llegamos, estaban haciendo trabajos en la parte de atrás del hotel. Pero me informaron que sábado y domingo no trabajaran en el estacionamiento. Mi cuarto era 420, por lo demás todo excelente.

Breakfast was very good

Bad staff. Very loud guests 4 floors down smoking, which came into our room with the windows closed, and very loud laughing and yelling past 1AM. Horrible nights sleep. Called down to front desk at 1AM and rang for several minutes. Noone answered
