The location is good and close to the highway

there was a really funky smell in my room, which made it nearly impossible to get a decent nights sleep

I have 'visitors' at night, aka "bugs", first night a black insect, I couldn't identify it but it wasn't a cocoroach and the second night a really big spider, third night they gave me a break, other than that stay was great

Clean. Quiet. Newly remodeled. Good price.

The remodel work is not up to par in some areas. Towel bar fell off. Weather striping loose. No place to put your suitcase other than the bed.

we were very pleased with her accommodations. this best Western also has beautiful landscaping, very well taken care of . Very comfortable room that actually did have nice bedding nice towels, very clean.

every time I have breakfast at a hotel, I have to ask myself why they cannot seem to cook bacon or sausage so that it is actually finished cooking and does not taste like it has sat in deep grease for hours. most people like their sausage a golden brown rather than gray color and bacon should not be floppy.. besides the under cooked breakfast meat best Western and especially this location does a far better job than most other hotel motel chains I have stayed at. there is a large assortment of things to eat, and things that would make children happy also.

Room was great!

Customer service was horrible, I walked in and the employee was having a party with some friends in the front lobby. Then when she started helping me she had an attitude in the beginning, I gave her my I.D and credit card and she told me that they didn’t accept my type of card. I informed her that I have used this card every time I have been at this hotel. She wanted to argue and show out in front of her friends. I left and returned about 15 minutes later with another card, her attitude was so horrible and unprofessional. Her friends were still in there and laughing at the whole situation.

Clean, decent sized rooms with relatively comfortable furniture. Great value.

The walls were really thin, and the bed somewhat stiff.

The staff was Excellent. The location was easily accessible and there were tons of businesses right near by.

The AC was broken in 90*+ temps. The room was clean, but out dated. The hot tub was broken and the pool was disgusting. The restaurant wasn’t open either. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying again.
