The hotel was beautiful and clean. Love the views. The bed! The staff were really nice and welcoming. Special shout out to Mohamed and Maria. I was new to the area- when it was time to get back to the city I had some trouble getting a car to take me to the station. Mohamed and Maria went above and beyond to help me. I didn't have cash on me so I was actually driven to a bank and then the station. Generally kind and good people. Thank you so much.

We had room 120 & 122, night of August 20-22nd. At 7:00 each morning a construction crew showed up and started hammering away and drilling in the unit in between us, waking us both up! I realize you are redoing a unit, but that was ridiculous. Good God, I'm paying a rate ($900+) higher than I have ever paid, but that was just unacceptable. The hotel is beautiful, location is ideal, but given the circumstances, we didn't get the value we'd hoped.

it’s essentially a motel at best. the hotel was empty and we were put in a room facing the car park. hotel room smelled of must. outside our room/ patio area was dirty, room service (break basket and two coffees) took over an hour both mornings oh and break basket was $20. hideous place

way too expensive. eggs with home fries, toast , bacon and coffee for 2 people came to over $60. Most hotels include breakfast for free.
