the tv didn’t work in our room temporarily unfortunately, but we were accommodated very nicely

Our stay at The Avalon Hotel was amazing! The staff has been super attentive and helpful. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast which we could enjoy on their nice patio. The roof top terrace is a hidden gem offering a 360 view on the harbor and the mountains. Due to the weather our ferry got cancelled, and the front desk called us to make sure we updated our ticket in time, which has been super thoughtful. Could not recommend this place enough!

it had a lot of character. everything was designed carefully to reflect the culture and character of the island. we loved those details.

It was a very nice place with a good location

Amazing place! Allowed us to do an early check in and moved our bags into our room for us. The staff were very personable and delightful. The Avalon also had a beautiful bath tub in the room which is why we picked this hotel. I really liked the fact they had sanitation lights in the bathroom and for the tv remote which made it feel very clean. Will be coming back again soon!

Very accommodating; Staff was wonderful; The place was clear including inside and outside; Had partial ocean view - was beautiful; Very convenient and close to the shore and the stores. Enjoyed being in the garden and while having a breakfast. You feel you are in Zen garden.

I think the staff were excellent. It would be nice to have an elevator to reach third floor rooms. the views from my room were outstanding.

Great breakfast. Very accommodating for stay adjustments. Relaxing/Pretty patio area . Felt safe and secure. Very clean. Top notch service, organized. Ground transportation to/ from ferry. Felt at home and wanted to stay!
Small room. No elevator, but the staff carried luggage.

Fantastic location ~ close to all Avalon amenities. I’m a big coffee lover and they provide a machine 24 hrs
