The entire property, staff and rooms exceeded my expectations by far. Absolute 5 star. i will be our new found getaway. Food at the Tavern Grille was again a solid 10 out of 10.
The only issue we had was a weird sound coming from the mini split about every 5 minutes. was kind of distracting while sleeping. Did not address it till check out. Management stated they will address immediately. We stayed in a Junior King Suite. I think we will try the regular king room since they have patios. Sitting outside would have been great.

The location was perfect, all the restaurants are walking distance.
Didn’t like that couldn’t stay longer and experience the winery.

The hotel is in a nice location. Staffing was profession and friendly. Hotel room was clean and roomy.

The property is centrally located on the Main Street in downtown Cottonwood. It’s absolutely the nicest boutique hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Updated decor, exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, high-end amenities, quiet, lots of free parking, extremely friendly and helpful staff, elevator for easy access to 2nd floor rooms with luggage. Really appreciate the attention to every detail to help their guests feel comfortable.
We like everything about The Tavern Inn and will definitely return.

Location of the property is wonderful staff excellent love all the little extra amenities. Bathroom shower could use a fan in room 118 and air conditioner is extremely loud. Please check into that.

Bathroom was big and the beds were comfy.
Balcony smaller then expected. Big disappointment - breakfast was just a 5$ voucher for the bakery on the opposite side of the road. We did expect at least a full breakfast for the price of the room. Have stayed in many 4 or 5 stars hotels, but this was ‘t worthy. Breakfast at the bakery was delicious, but it took them forever to figure out how to enter the voucher. We also had to wait really long to get the food.

Perfect location to walk to everything downtown! Great people and atmosphere. Very relaxing and rooms are nice and upgraded.
It is a bit pricey, but well worth the cost.

The hotel was beautiful but do stay on the bottom floor if you want any peace. You can hear people walking back and forth loudly all night. The police came banging on the neighbors door sometime in the night as well. Reminded me of a college frat house. Not the most romantic for our anniversary getaway, but the staff was polite about it and did give us a gift card for food for the inconvenience.

Located between Jerome and Sedona, which are two of our favorite places to visit. In addition, the rooms are some of the best we've ever encountered. They are spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed.
We have no complaints. We loved everything about the room.

Room size and environment
The shower head was too tiny for the huge shower. The pillows were too hard. Woke with a neck ache. Will definitely bring our own pillows next time.
