nice location and property
Roof top bar bought in large amount of non-hotel guest in the evening, making the elevator trips like being in a drunk club setting.

Excellent service
Our Booking.com reservation did not exist in the Kimpton’s system upon our arrival. Not good on a busy Easter weekend. Luckily the front desk was able to accommodate us with 2 rooms on the same floor.

the first day we arrived the bench in the room was very dirty, and the duvet in one of the beds was in vey bad condition. But then they nicely moved us to a better room to the 6th floor, the first room that was on the 8th had a better view. But we had to move.

people making noise in the halls at 2 am they woke me up. No respect at all for people who are sleeping. you need signs of no noise at night

Great location, decor and hotel vibe were on point. quiet rooms and comfy beds were just what we needed. restaurants in the neighborhood were exactly what we were looking for. Kids loved the pool table in the lobby.

Location great, facilities were nice. My husband took advantage of the bike services. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash products were nice. Appreciated the robe.
Noise level was terrible. I was awakened by other guests at 3am-4:30am with constant door slamming and loud partying in rooms. Hotel should do something to decrease sound when other guests are rude and let doors slam shut.

Loved the location, rooftop bar was very fun.
For the cost of the room, we thought there could be a few more amenities. Some bottled water would have been nice, mini bar, snacks available. We did go down to the lobby to get something but that is not convenient. There is nothing near the hotel to buy anything like that.
The food was very good at the restaurant but you really needed to make a reservation in advance which was hard if you're just trying to grab lunch.

Bathroom shower was impractical. Design meant there was no way to keep surrounding floor dry.

the front desk was very rude because I wasn’t dressed proper when I had just come from my job and they treat you rudely based on how u look

really nice decor, super clean and friendly staff. well located in the third ward.
only thing I wish was we were able to have adjoining rooms for our group. they were able to give us room next to each other, but not adjoining.

The restaurant was very pricey and the food was was a bit snobby.
