Beautiful location with a homey feel!

Loud music and loud ringing phone well after 10 pm. Had to call 3 times to beg them to turn off very loud lobby music that unfortunately our room heard loud and clear. Hot water ran out after one shower. Fresh cookies they left and advertise where burnt to a crisp. No privacy as other guest were looking in thru rickety shades in our room. When owner was told, response was, “ you are the first guest to say anything, hahaha. Phone always rings in October, hahahah.” Then treated as if we were dirt at breakfast. Very disappointed. Would definitely not recommend!!! So disappointed! I will also be notifying the B@B association.

The 2 course breakfast was exceptional. Looking forward to having dinner on our next visit. The Spa service was also great, my wife really enjoyed it.

Only small issue we had was with the WiFi signal which considering where we were in the mountains was to be expected, not sure anything could be done about it.

The Orchard Inn is quaint and inviting , it feels like home and the staff are wonderful! We will definitely be back!!

This inn was very clean, comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating for my group. They really helped make this trip worth the drive and the money. The food was amazing. We were even able to have my dog accompany us for a breakfast. The town is even cute and quaint- so if you are ever there please do stop and take a look around. Hit one of the local eateries, it’ll be a nice treat. If you are looking for a scenic, cozy, track back in time, this place is it! Just have to see it for yourself !

Honestly, this wasn’t a bad thing for us but for some it maybe - There were a lot of ladybugs in the cottage, but we love ladybugs so it wasn’t a bother or pest in fact we think it made our experience a little more special!

Everything. The staff are lovely, always ready to help make the guests comfortable. The inn has a cozy feel with comfortable furniture, a small library, and a deck for dining nestled in the woods. The food is delicious. There’s a complementary drinks station with coffee, tea, sodas and water. A couple of friendly dogs and two beautiful cats complete the homey feel. Loved it and hope to go back soon.

The only thing was the lack of a non-slip mat in the tub and no grab bar. That wouldn’t be an issue for many people but due to my age, it was for me. It wouldn’t stop me from returning!

Beautiful location. Room seemed clean enough. There was a fair amount of ambient noise from neighbors late at night and early morning....not too bad.

Everything! It’s location tucked away in the trees. The peaceful serenity of sitting on the front porch in the morning. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt like I was being spoiled.

Very beautiful vista with friendly staff. A great place to relax and escape the busyness of life. Will visit again.

The staff is wonderful. The surroundings are beautiful. The porch is comfortable. Breakfast was excellent; a traditional Austrian crepe was on the menu that day. We'd go again.

Location great. Staff most wonderful----Dorie especially. Room was a nice combination of the rustic (club house and cottages) but the bathroom was exceptionally clean and modern. I liked the working fireplace.

Dark, dark, dark in the room. I had to gather up all the lamps to put them next to a chair to read comfortably. And I hated the dogs and cat roaming the place but I know many people think that's great. I hated it.
