We had a hard time finding the light switch when we walked in the door. Room smelled like a smoking room.

the pillows, the thermostat wasn’t working properly, hair on bathroom counter as soon as we checked in that wasn’t ours

Our room was dirty, the floor was sticky and dirty. All the mirrors in the room had a film on them, including the TV. There were lights out in the bathroom, the mirror had toothpaste spit on it and the Vent was very clogged with dust/dirt. All of the doors, frames and hardware need to be cleaned along with the walls. It was just a dirty Room. We were placed near the highway and the traffic noise was horrible even with our Fan we brought running. The shower floor was very slick. We thought they served warm breakfast and this wasn't the case. Will not stay there again. I would have asked to be moved but we were there for my dad's funeral and I wasn't in a great frame of mind.

room was not clean to my standard. chips and trash on the floor. bathroom was not clean. hair on the counter and in the shower. floor was very slippery. shower handle was not secure. felt it would fall off at any moment. ironing board cover was very thin making it hard to iron clothing.

the fact that they charge 2 different prices for breakfast that was already included into the room total they tell u that you want be charged but still have to be rung up its a confusing mess in addition they tell you the amount rung up will be given back to you at check out but once you get to check out they are confused at what you are saying to them. Overall they need to correct the issue of there breakfast plan. If charging outside of room charge for breakfast what charge 8.95 for a continental breakfast and 12.95 for hot breakfast its all breakfast just charge one price

the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient

the rooms are old. there was some kind of water leak in my room that had part of the carpet wet. the air conditioner didn’t cool very well

restaurant & bar was closed four days we were there no house keeping for the four days,and no one to help with bags when we arrived my wife is handicap,and I had to push her wheelchair and luggage cart ,and make about ten trips to car .
