It was close to the airport and very affordable

It was kind of stuck into a little corner

Room was nice and big. Staff was as very friendly and made corrections to room as soon as we asked (our tv went out and the maintenance man got us a replacement as quick as he could).

BREAKFAST - we stayed three days and breakfast was the same EVERY DAY!!! The only meat was the sausage in the gravy. Hotel needs to put shades in their rooms that can be raised or lowered. If you want to sleep in don’t count on your room being dark. I also didn’t realize they didn’t have a pool. They have

Location and spacious. Nice front desk staff.

Bathrooms had hard water stains on shower head and faucet. Tub was yellow and white, where the slip mat was taken off. I didn’t feel comfortable taking shower here and waited for the next hotel in Dallas. Towel rack and counters had a white layer of powder all over it. I ended up cleaning it myself since I had already asked for a room change due to a noise disturbance at the first room we were in. I just wanted some rest at this point. Tried to watch a little TV but the remotes did not work in BOTH rooms. I asked for batteries when returning the key to the first room and the remote worked after I replaced the batteries.

We felt safe and we were very comfortable.

Breakfast was fine. We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, coffee and juice.

Nothing to do with facilities, but being wakened at 4:44 AM by noisy neighbors.

The room was spacious. There was adequate supplies.

The bathtub was filthy. Things were broken all over the room. There were problems with the walls, and the place seemed trashy for the price. It had a high score on here, so I had high expectations,but it definitely did not meet them. Plus there were people running up and down the halls most of the night.

It was clean, felt new, and very spacious. Love that we could get 2 king beds.

The breakfast was very crowded with very little seating and limited in food options. Seemed like an afterthought. Not a deal breaker as I don’t count on free breakfast but it was the biggest negative.
