Nice clean room, just what I would expect

Breakfast!! Absolutely amazing everyday and you could choose what you wanted.
The hosts were so lovely, they made us feel right at home and were always there if we needed anything.
The guest house is in the perfect spot and has a sea view, just a short walk down the road and you're on the sea front.
We stayed in a family room on the top floor and it was perfect for our needs, really comfy beds and a lovely big bath and shower.
I loved every bit of my stay

Clean. centrally located, strong wi-fi.
They have strict check-in policy. It is strictly until 7 pm, but the hosts will start becoming nervous around 3 pm and will bombard you with messages "at what time are you arriving?". So better arrive sharp at check-in time! And avoid the place if you travel longer distances and may get stuck in traffic, your plane may be late or you miss your train connection.
There is also very strict breakfast policy. From 8.30 to 9.00. You kind of can arrange it a bit earlier, but .... hey, I am a paying guest, why should I feel terribly thankful that you served the breakfast at 8:15 (which is late by all standards anyway). I have never seen a place where all guests must have breakfast within the space of 30 minutes!

Great location, close to beach , shops , restaurants and bars , lovely couple des & Mo who can't do enough for everyone , great breakfast, spotless accommodation, can't wait to go back

Hosts helpful, warm and welcoming. Room extremely clean with everything you need plus very comfy bed. Delicious full English breakfast. Very accommodating when I had a toddler in tow. Thank you.

Breakfast was good. Vegetarian sausages were not available on day one but proprietor got these in for day two as we requested these.
The mattress was exceptional and we slept the best we had done so for a long while.
Staff were too attentive- clearing breakfast table around us. Also a bit too chatty first thing in the morning 😄

Des and Mo are very friendly and respectful.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent. The breakfast was great and well prepared.
Although street parking wasn’t an issue for me, it could be for anyone not wanting to leave their vehicle a distance from the guesthouse.

The room was lovely amazing shower beds very comfy the breakfast was brilliant well coked and loved the dining room the use of a fridge was very handy the hosts mo and des can't do enough to make your stay memorable will definitely be back

Room layout was testing!! I seemed to use an awful lot of drawers to ensure I could lay my hands on things when needed.
Only usable plugs by door - pointless.

It felt like home to home, our hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. Grand breakfast cooked with local produce. Location was excellent. We will be back.
