Very clean, nice, modern tiles/bathroom. Great, large balcony, free parking space even in shade, close to beach, shops..

The fold bed/couch was not so great, thin matress, like on harness/net, not too comfy, max for one person. But the other beds were great! Staying on first floor, facing hotel lobby& restaurant oposite- there was too much noise late evening from there.

Good value for money, close to the beach with own sunbeds and umbrella, close to the promenade, but still on a quite street.

Missing hairdryer, missing microwave, need to practice toilet flush otherwise there is smell comming out of the drain. In general I feel these apartments are aged and would need some refreshment already...this is being done partially but would need still some more effort- but this is general issue with most north Italy accomodation.

first time i've seen an apt which sells towels! bed linens were included but not towels and i had to buy them extra. and be prepared - there's no toilet paper in the toilet (not to mention shower gel, soap etc)! also, cleaning was done only once (during 2 weeks of our stay).

- Lack of basic hygiene stuff (towels, toilet paper) - No hair dryer

Unfortunately our stay at Residence Columbia was not at the expectations that we had when we booked our holiday for two weeks. For sure we will choose more wise next time. Thank you!

The accomodation was clear and it was enough big for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was 5 minutes on foot both from the beach and from the shopping street. We received half-board in the hotel, both the breakfast and the dinner were very delicious and abundant.

Great location near beach and also next to main promenade. Free parking nad also free beach service. Whole apartment was really clean, everything was working including air condition, kitchen. Realy big terrace.

WiFi was not working 100% whole time. Mix tap in shower is missing, you have to spend more than few minutes by setting pleasant water temperature. No toilet paper or soap at arrival.
