Très belle chambre avec un beau balcon et une vue sur la piscine et la mer. Le petit déjeuner très copieux avec une très belle variété et pour tous les goûts. Un accès avec ligne 4 pour le centre de Palma. Très bien desservi.

Excellent staff. Sea view was amazing! Breakfast was very good. Balcony was a good size.

Some outdated furniture in hallways. Balcony light coming apart. But these were little things that didn't matter.

I was thrown out of the pool because I was wearing a black nylon running t-shirt which was to stop me from getting sunburn. I have to be careful in the sun with my skin. The staff member involved went to great lengths to get me removed from the pool and was pointing and talking about me in Spanish to the staff at reception. It was like I had committed the crime of the century.. Overpriced hotel for what it is.

Staying at Be Live Experience Costa Palma was terrific. The cost/benefit is priceless. The location, a stone's throw from Cala Major beach, makes it an incredible hotel for the family. We were able to enjoy an excellent buffet for breakfast and lunch. In the mornings, the terrace near the pool opens for breakfast. While in the evenings, the main dining room is prepared as a luxury restaurant for meals. The swimming pool is refreshing, with lifeguards, restrooms, multiple levels, and lounge areas with umbrellas. The hotel has an excellent towel rental service with replenishment for the beach and pool. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, with a full bathroom, a large closet with a safe, TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony; almost all have a view of the beach. The reception has spacious rooms with good sofas, and the bar service is friendly and comforting. In addition, it has a charming VIP room with a piano. The staff was wonderful. I appreciate the almost personalized communication with my son; they were very generous and kind. My family was delighted, hoping to return another time.

Indeed, the hotel met all of our expectations and more. But it would have been wonderful to also have the spa service (sauna, jacuzzi, and massages) without going to the other nearby hotel.

The whole experience was mediocre at best because of the hotel staff. The receptionists were excellent; however, everyone else in the hotel looked like they hated tourists and they didn't hesitate to show that attitude. We did NOT need any special treatment, but the staff did not even say "hello" back. Also note that the hotel has modern rooms and dining area - everything else, however, looked dated, and especially the corridors deserve reconstruction.
